We have a web site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to add, change or delete product numbers and descriptions. Your fax clients will automatically be notified by email or fax, within minutes, that a new parts list is available for download. We take this concept to the next level by providing pre-printed order forms with boxes for your fax clients who don't have computers to hand print sales orders data. Our web site will allow your fax clients to check on the status of only their faxes to you. You will be able to check on the status of all your fax clients. You can add a new fax client on our Web site within minutes and assign your own fax client account number.

Our new, economical service receives your EDI document, separates it into individual faxes, and then sends them to your fax clients. We have developed custom software at our processing facility to process your EDI2Fax documents within minutes of receiving them, and then send your faxes using 8 outbound lines. Our web site will allow your fax clients to check on the status of only their faxes from you. You will be able to check on the status of all your faxes sent to any fax clients. You can add a new fax client on our Web site within minutes and assign your own fax client account number. We added an email "second send" for your fax clients with email capabilities; this allows them to receive your faxes even when their fax machine is down.
